Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). To cancel, please tell us clearly by email before the 14 days end.
Returning goods
Please return the goods within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel. Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you pay the direct cost of returning them.
Refunds
We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method. If the goods have been handled or used more than necessary to check them, for example fitted or installed, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.
Faulty goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If goods are faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
